We casually stopped by on a Sunday since the snow closed all the paths in the valley. What a great discovery! The place and the owners are very polite and pleasant and their local food is great.
This restaurant is incredible. Your up in the mountains in a stone house that was built over 100 years ago. Everything that is edible must come from the local community and this is enforced by law to everyone living within this community. I believe the reason is because it's a provincial park and the government what's to preserve its beauty. The chef cooks what is available that day and serves you dish after dish of a variety of foods that are remarkable. The food kept coming... just when you think it's over there's more.... The staff at this place are very friendly and make you feel like you are at home. What a great find! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
